Total Voting Rights

Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1, Northgate plc's issued Ordinary share capital as at 31 January 2011 comprises 133,232,518 shares with voting rights.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Northgate plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
